# About BudgetWorks

BudgetWorks is a Hong Kong team building **BudgetWorks OS** — one system that runs a whole business: finance and accounting, HR and payroll, CRM, projects, POS, inventory, helpdesk and booking, plus industry modules for laundries, car parks, elderly care homes, meeting rooms, events and schools.

## Why we built it

Many companies run their business across several tools that don't share data. We put everything on one platform, so every module works from the same records — and AI agents can take on the routine work without guessing.

## How we work

* **Your data stays yours.** Run BudgetWorks OS on your own servers, in the cloud, or both.
* **AI that proposes, people who decide.** Business records are created by clear rules; AI drafts and suggests, and a person or rule confirms.
* **Local and hands-on.** We deploy, move your data, train your team and support you — in Cantonese or English, in your time zone.
* **Funding-ready.** Many projects qualify for Hong Kong government technology funding of up to 50%.

## Who we work with

From healthcare robotics (Dr. tēmi, robotemi) and barristers' chambers (One Jackson Road Chambers) to patient intake (Crystal Clear) and The Hong Kong Jockey Club's Fashion Wednesdays Style Awards, our clients run real operations on BudgetWorks.
